Mr. Driscoll has been a practicing attorney in the Counties of Riverside and San Bernardino for 36 years, primarily as civil defense counsel. He operated a law practice for 24 years before joining our firm. He is admitted to practice in California State Courts as well as in United States District Court, Southern and Central Districts. He has tried both court and jury trials. He has been involved in the briefing and oral argument of two State Court appeals (2nd and 4th Districts); one is a published decision. His trials involved automobile accidents, premises liability, construction defects, civil rights (Federal Court), and Bankruptcy Court (fraudulent transfer and bad faith filing action). His areas of practice are general liability, premises liability, security (e.g. bar altercations), construction defects, and he has handled matters involving toxic tort, landlord/tenant habitability actions, ADA and FEHA claims, and some limited transactional law (leaseholds and contracts). He has been involved in well over 100 mediations and arbitrations. He has served as both a private and Court panel arbitrator. Mr. Driscoll has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Riverside Courts.

Mr. Driscoll is an avid freshwater and saltwater angler, and motorcycling enthusiast. He and his wife are empty-nesters and enjoy family activities with their children and grandchildren.
