An associate in the firm’s Sacramento office, Ms. Waibel’s experience includes general civil litigation, personal injury, employment law, as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), California’s Rosenthal FDCPA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and employment, business and banking law.
Ms. Waibel’s current practice consists of general liability and civil litigation with an emphasis on premises liability, automotive liability, subrogation, personal injury and property damage.
When not in the office, Ms. Waibel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places and their cultures. She also enjoys cooking, yoga and sports, especially football. Ms. Waibel is fluent in French.
