EXPERIENCE

Ms. Seigler joined the firm in 2018 as an associate in the firm’s Riverside office. Ms. Seigler’s areas of practice include general civil defense litigation including personal injury defense stemming from automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and products liability. She also has experience with first party claims working uninsured and underinsured motorist’s claims through arbitration. She has successfully tried seven jury trials.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Seigler worked in-house for an insurance company. Prior to beginning litigation work, Ms. Seigler spent her first two years as a member of the bar working in academia as an Academic Support Fellow and Adjunct Professor at Whittier Law School.

Ms. Seigler earned her law degree from Whittier Law School in 2011, Magna Cum Laude. While in law school she was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Associate Editor of Law Review, and completed externships for the Honorable Judge Mark Borenstein (Los Angeles Superior Court), the Riverside District Attorney’s Office, and Riverside County Counsel. She also worked as a teacher’s assistant in Contracts, Torts, Civil Procedure, and Criminal Law, all while working off campus in retail.
When Ms. Seigler is not working, she enjoys cycling from Riverside to Newport Beach and back every weekend, snowboarding, Sci-Fi, Maui, trying new foods, and traveling.
