Ms. Daneshgar, an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, devotes her practice to general civil defense litigation including premises liability; personal injury defense; and employment litigation.
After law school, Jasmin worked as an associate for a municipal law firm and advised cities on labor and employment matters to ensure compliance and protection against legal liability. Jasmin also has experience defending employers in single plaintiff lawsuits involving allegations of harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination based on age, race, national origin, sex, religion, and disability. Before joining the firm, she also specialized in personal injury defense and general litigation matters.
In her spare time, Ms. Daneshgar enjoys socializing with friends and family. She also loves traveling, nature, and foreign films.
