Mr. MacRill is an attorney in the firm’s Riverside office. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he spent over 17 years representing members of the healthcare community and public entities in actions involving alleged medical malpractice, elder and dependent adult abuse, intentional torts, premises liability, as well as administrative hearings.

Mr. MacRill’s civil litigation practice is dedicated to general and professional liability defense, including medical malpractice, elder and dependent adult abuse, premises liability, and other types of personal injury matters. He takes pride in his attention to detail and his ability to master the factual and legal issues presented by each case. He has successfully defended a variety of high exposure and/or complex cases, including many that involved catastrophic injuries as well as alleged wrongful death and punitive damages.
Mr. MacRill is a California native who has lived in Southern California all of his life. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid fan of USC athletics, particularly football, which he enjoys with several other members of his family who are also USC graduates. His other interests include technology, astronomy, photography, sports, and gardening.
