EXPERIENCE
Ms. Martinelli has extensive experience in civil litigation defense with particular emphasis in the areas of general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and other healthcare litigation, elder law, employment law, and civil rights actions. She has been responsible for full case handling through trial. This includes binding arbitrations and numerous mediations resulting in successful settlements on behalf of her clients. In addition to litigation, Ms. Martinelli has served as an advisor to several of her institutional clients on issues of corporate compliance, employee relations, and liability avoidance practices.
When not defending her clients, Ms. Martinelli is an active supporter of the arts in Los Angeles including the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Her other personal interests include reading, travel, and creative writing.
