Mark E. Lowary, a name partner in the Los Angeles-based law firm of Berman, Berman, Berman, Schneider & Lowary LLP (B3SL), has been approved for membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
“As I am sure you are aware,” noted ABOTA President Michael P. Maguire in informing Mr. Lowary of his selection, “many consider their invitation to join the American Board of Trial Advocates as one of the special highlights of their legal career. ABOTA has chapters in every state, and our members constitute a ‘who’s who’ of trial lawyers nationwide.”
Membership in ABOTA is restricted to lawyers who, among other things, are of the highest personal character and honorable reputation. The organization was created to foster improvement in the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy, to the end that individual litigants may receive more effective representation. ABOTA is also committed to ensuring that the general public will benefit from more efficient administration of justice, consistent with time-tested and traditional principles of litigation.
“It’s truly an honor,” says Mr. Lowary, “to be approved for membership in ABOTA. I am particularly proud of the support my partners and the entire B3SL team have provided in allowing B3SL and me to zealously represent clients through trial, if necessary.”
