EXPERIENCE
Litigation Attorney, Angela Quintero brings to the firm 22 years of litigation experience, conducting over 120 Trials and Evidentiary Hearings. Ms. Quintero began her career as a Certified Law Clerk in the Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Unit of the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, preparing cases for prosecution and sitting 2nd chair for Jury Selections, Trials and an appeal. She then went to work for the prestigious law firm of Samonsky & Johnson from 2002-2004. Angela opened her own law firm in 2002, practicing Personal Injury Law and Family Law with a cross-over into Entertainment Law as a result of representing celebrity clients. Ms. Quintero brings to the firm a wide range of experience and creative solutions to resolve complex and high-conflict cases. While in law school, Ms. Quintero scored in the top 10% of her class, receiving academic awards and a scholarship. She served as President of the Student Bar Association and sat on the Alumni Board.
Being Certified Minor’s Counsel with the cross-over into Entertainment Law, Angela was a Speaker at the Indie Entertainment Summit in 2013 and 2014, discussing legal protections for minors in the Entertainment Industry. From 2015-2018, in addition to practicing law, Ms. Quintero became a Professor at Oxnard College, and Chairman of the Board for the Oxnard College Paralegal School Advisory Committee 2014-2018. She has sat on multiple Boards for charitable organizations.
Ms. Quintero enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, concerts, cycling, Peloton, kayaking, tennis, golf, baking, writing children’s books, script writing and producing movies.
