EXPERIENCE

Ms. Hung, an attorney in the firm’s Sacramento office, has been practicing all forms of civil litigation since her admission to the State Bar of California in 2001. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Hung practiced insurance defense litigation and personal injury on behalf of Plaintiffs, and served at the California Office of the Attorney General as Deputy Attorney General, handling constitutional law and civil rights litigation in both federal and state courts.  Ms. Hung’s current area of practice is civil defense litigation, which includes premises liability, automotive negligence, and personal injury.

Ms. Hung was born in Hong Kong, China, and immigrated to San Francisco as a child, where her family settled.  She has made the Sacramento area her home for over 25 years.  When not in the office, Ms. Hung enjoys spending time with her family and a very spoiled Golden Retriever, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. Ms. Hung is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
