EXPERIENCE
Mr. Casady is the managing partner of the firm’s Sacramento office, which he opened in 2015, and he oversees the firm’s Northern California operations. He is a seasoned trial attorney with fifteen years of experience, including multiple jury trials and hundreds of mediations and arbitrations across California. His practice focuses on general liability, specifically premises liability, product liability, automobile negligence, personal injury, housing discrimination and habitability, insurance bad faith, professional liability, and property damage litigation.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Casady worked for 13 years as a claims adjuster for a major property and casualty insurance carrier, attending law school at night. This background provides him with unique insights into the challenges faced by liability and property insurance carriers. He frequently shares his expertise by lecturing on emerging trends and litigation strategy at various industry conferences.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Casady is a dedicated family man with a wife, five sons, two daughters, two daughters-in-law, three grandsons, and one granddaughter. He is a lifelong fan of the San Francisco Giants and 49ers. A musician, he plays piano, organ, and percussion. He is also an active member of his church, where he has held various lay leadership roles, and he speaks conversational Cantonese.
