EXPERIENCE
Ms. Carter is an associate in the Riverside office. She joined the firm in 2015. She brings a 15-plus year nursing background to the firm, which plays a major role in evaluating liability and damages in developing clients’ cases.
Ms. Carter attended law school while working full time in San Bernardino County Child Protective Services assisting social workers with assessment of high risk children. Before joining the firm, she specialized in public transit defense while working with a well known general civil defense firm. Prior to that, she worked ten years with a medical malpractice defense firm where she handled cases involving the defense of public entity hospitals and physicians.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and friends and participating in recreational cycling events, hiking, backpacking and camping.
