EXPERIENCE
Ms. Enerle is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Enerle had extensive experience in tort law, S.I.U., contract law, and corporate law. Ms. Enerle joined Farmers Insurance in 1993 and held many positions throughout her twenty-two years, including Trial Attorney, Supervising Attorney, Trial Advocacy Training and Project Manager, Managing Attorney, and finally Supervising Senior Corporate Counsel. She has represented hundreds of clients, conducted hundreds of arbitrations/mediations, first chaired twelve jury trials, and filed and won numerous summary judgment motions.
Throughout her legal career Ms. Enerle also served as Judge Pro Tem, and as both arbitrator and mediator for at least a decade, resolving liability disputes in all types of civil matters including personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle accident, marine accident, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, construction defect, fraud and misrepresentation, breach of contract and defamation.
When Ms. Enerle is not practicing law, she enjoys her family and friends, traveling, and gardening.
